I suspect that the lower carb you go (M-F) and the higher glycemic index foods you carb load w/ the higher hormonal response you're goin to have. The funniest thing about all this is I have 50ml of EQ (100mg/ml) in the closer but I'm getting MORE of GH/Test response w/ the AD than steroids ever gave me. I haven't figured this whole thing out by any means but I am extremely intrigued. Will post as updates deem necessary.

3).Also, my uncle did this diet but he mixed it up a little by having 2 weeks of high fat no carbs and then 2 weeks of healthy eating and after that he slowly went back to his normal eating habits and he said it worked. Is it possible to try that way or it wouldn't work?
4). How active should I be while I'm doing the anabolic diet? And what type of sports should I do?
