I tried your advice and the steak and eggs diet, not strictly because it is murder to cook during the Australian heat waves at the moment but I also drink coconut water and cooked with coconut oil and replaced cow’s milk with almond+coconut milk, and I lost 6kg within 2 weeks doing this while eating a lot of beef and eggs and adding onions too. It actually balanced my hormones to normal (there is way too much soy added to our foods here in Australia, it’s in everything from sauces to cereals). Very happy with this steak & eggs diet and will try this the proper way when the weather cools down some. I also didn’t do much exercise but I will be doing some power walking and jogging again when this heat wave goes away (I’m prone to get dizzy spells from the heat). Thanks for your blog, I find it very useful, I’m a woman but I prefer getting health advice from people who tell it like it is and don’t sugar coat it.
